Terms and Conditions Page - Please Read if you are intending to Buy - Of course owning a country brings a hell of a lot of responsiblity with it. For Instance Iraq no invading, Israel no bombing, China - chill out a bit, your growing to quick, UK get rid of your chavs, you hit the quota 2 years ago. And so on and so on - so all Jokes aside please read below, any infringement of the T&Cs could result in tears!

1. After a country is purchased the owner is entitled to place a link and logo on the country for 2 years from purchase date (dependant on the link and logo meeting certain criteria as laid out below). At no point will the buyer own any part of this website.

2. I reserve the right to deem what is suitable content for this site, an as such no obsene or poronographic links or images will be knowingly published.

3. Once I have I displayed a link and logo on the website you will not be able to obtain a refund.

4. If a link is accepted and then this is changed to display material not acceptable then the link and logo will be taken off.

5. Your link and logo will be published on the site for 2 years, please think throughly about content you would like displayed. This content, link ad logo can be changed at a later date however an admin fee of £10 will be charged to carry out the work.

6. Images must not be animated and should be in GIF or JPEG format. You should also think about the size and shape of your country before you submit.

7. I assume that you have the authority to supply the link and logo of the website that you submit, you should ensure this in advance of suplying it.

8. All funds must be cleared in my account before I will make your link and logo live. This can be done by paypal or electronic transfer.

9. Downtime for site maintenance and other reasons outside of my control is unavoidable. I will try and keep these to a minimum but I will not be laible for any costs back to country owners

10. Once you have succesfully paid for a country, and supplied the link and logo I will try and get these on the site within 48hrs.

11. Once the 2 year period of owning a country is over we will re-discuss a further 2years, if an agreement cannot be reached I will re-take ownership.

12. If you wish to sell your ownership of a country you can do, however you will be selling the time left of your ownership. If the new owner wishs to have the link and logo on the country changed this will incur a £10 admin fee. You must make the new owner aware of this charge before sale. and inform me.

13. The Map and all content of this website is the property of Richard French I do not give permission for any duplication of this content without my permission.

14. I reserve the right to ammend and change these terms and conditions as the site develops.
